“5 stars – but could easily say 10/10! Our wooden deck had seen better days (it was sad & old), and needed to be replaced. Contacted Upper Deck via their website and was shortly contacted by Annette. We discussed general needs and what we were looking for, and scheduled a meeting with Chris. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative, and reassuring about the project, expectations, and procedures. Chris provided quotes for both a wooden deck and a composite. We decided to go with the composite after discussing it. In our opinion, the upgrade was worth the investment for lower maintenance, eye appeal, and overall added value. Everything lined up – we had a quote from Chris, HOA approval, and paperwork signed within a few days. Exceptional communication! The demo crew was amazing and respectful of the property. Materials were delivered, organized and bundled with care. Appreciated that Chris showed up to the worksite to get the project started, as well as to check in on other days. Carpenter Mike was *SO* awesome! Very personable. His care and attention to detail were impeccable. He took pride in his work and it shows! Courteous, professional, friendly.
